Terms & Conditions
1) Products
1.1 Due to the seasonal and fresh nature of flowers all our products are subject to availability. Although it is unlikely Ripley Flowers reserves the right to alter some of the contents / floral arrangements and or packaging without notification to the customer.
1.2 In the unlikely event that Ripley Flowers cannot supply your requested product or another product of similar or greater value we will notify you and repay monies within 1 calendar month of your proposed delivery date.
1.3 Some flowers can be potentially poisonous - please contact our hotline in the UK if you would like further information.
1.4 Some of the flowers that come in a Ripley bouquets may be delivered in bud. This is to ensure a longer life for the flower arrangement.
2 ) PRICES
2.1 When sending Ripley flowers and gifts to the same delivery address only one delivery charge will apply.
2.2 Next day flowers will be carefully created, packed and then delivered by one of our specifically chosen courier service agents in our bespoke branded and purposefully created gift boxes.
2.3 For next day flower delivery we need to receive your order before 3 pm. This is created and delivered by a specially trained florist and then delivered by courier.
3) Orders
3.1 For us to successfully deliver your arrangement /gift we need

3.2 Giving incorrect details will sometimes lead to delays so please make sure the details you supply of recipient name, address and tel are correct. Please also include your daytime tel number and your e-mail address.
3.3 We accept most major credit cards, MasterCard, visa, maestro, and American express and operate our payment gateway through Pay pal.
3.4 If you encounter any problems processing a payment please phone our tel line on
3.5 As soon as we receive your order we will we will instantly send you a confirmation e-mail acknowledging your order and confirming the details of the order. This confirmation e-mail will be sent to the address you supplied us when you placed the order.
3.6 You will be supplied an order reference number for your records and to track the progress of your order. Please quote this reference number when contacting our order telephone line.
3.7 You are choosing to be bound by our terms and conditions when you click on the ‘proceed button.
3.8 Ripley flower deliveries are not undertaken on a Monday or a Sunday. Orders that are taken on these days will be processed on the next available day.
3.9 Product and delivery are the two main parts of your order. If in the unlikely event that Ripley Flowers fails to fulfil its service to a satisfactory standard for either of these criteria we can reimburse you for the failed element. This decision is solely at the discretion of Ripley Flowers and Ripley flowers alone.
4) Delivery
4.1 Ripley flower deliveries take place between Tuesday and Saturday each week throughout the year.
4.2 Flowers will not normally be delivered on a Sunday with the exception of mothering Sunday.
4.3 Our next dayflowers service is delivered by our chosen courier.
4.4 Our delivery fees are as follows
UK Flower delivery – 5.99
Scottish highlands and islands - 6.50
International delivery 5.99
4.5 We cannot guarantee delivery in AM or PM. We offer a preference and we do everything in our power to deliver at these times but it is not a guarantee.
4.6 We deliver all our flowers between 8am and 8 pm and we aim to delivery before 4 pm.
4.7 Delivery to locations such as ships, hospitals, airports, hotels we will accept an accepting signature form any person with the authorisation from the organisation to accept deliveries. This signature shall be considered proof of delivery to the recipient.
4,8 For hospital deliveries we recommend that the flowers are sent and accepted to a ward or the goods in section for courier deliveries. We cannot accept liability if the hospital refuses to accept liability if the flowers are refused.
4.9 We do not deliver to funeral services. We will deliver to a funeral parlour.
4.10 If we have difficulty in delivering the arrangement to your selected recipient Ripley flowers reserves the right to contact the recipient with the contact details supplied on the order form you supplied.
4.11 the carrier will make Deliveries to the address stipulated in your order. You must ensure that someone is present to accept delivery. Should the recipient not be present at the delivery address, we will attempt redelivery later in the day/the following day.
4.12 We may deliver the goods in installments if the goods are not available at the same time for delivery.
4.13 We shall not be liable for any failure to perform in our obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
5) Cancellation policy
5.1 A flower order can be cancelled up to 12pm the day before delivery.
5.2 If the purchaser chooses to cancel repayment from Ripley flowers will be credited to you in no more than 30 days.

6) Price and payment
6.1 You must pay us the full price of your order before we will send any part of it.
6,2 Banking charges by the receiving bank on payments to us will be borne by us. All other charges relating to payment in a currency other than pounds sterling will be borne by you.
6.3 Any details given by us in relation to exchange rates are approximate only and may vary from time to time.
6.4 You will pay all sums due to us under these terms by the means specified without any set-off, deduction or counterclaim.
7) Taxes, duties and import restrictions
7.1 We have no knowledge of, and no responsibility for, the laws in your country of residence.You are responsible for purchasing goods, which you are lawfully able to import, and for the payment of import duties and taxes of any kind levied in your country of residence.
